Post Graduate Diploma in Management specialization in Pharmaceutical Business Management and Agri Business Management is a full-time two-year
business management program recognised by AICTE is based on the
70:30 Learning and Development model. A student pursuing PGDM under this model will spend 70% time in practical, job oriented, entrepreneurial and skill-based learning interventions which caters to present and future Pharmaceutical and related industry requirements.
After PG, students join the industry in various sectors such as; Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Market Research, Consultancy, IT Healthcare Verticals, Diagnostics, Medical Communication, Nutraceuticals and other allied healthcare sectors. The profile of job they enter into covers Sales, Marketing, Business Analysis, Project Management, Client Servicing and Business Development, International Marketing, Operations etc.
Some of our graduates are working in international and National assignment across the country. PGDM Pharmaceutical Management Programme offered by RIIM is arguably ranked top in the country and is one of the earliest pharma focused programmes in the country. This programme is well recognised and well received by the industry.
50% in bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates appearing for final year bachelor degree examinations can also apply.

Eligible candidates can appear for CAT 2020 or XAT 2020 or CMAT/ MAT/ MHCET / ATMA & AMMI Test 2020-21 and fill the application form. The list of shortlisted candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GD & PI) would be announced thereafter.
Candidates are required to take one of the following entrance tests: Common Admission Test (CAT 2020), XLRI Admissions Test (XAT 2020), CMAT/ MAT/ MHCET / ATMA and AMMI Test 2020 - 21, As per DTE Process
The Institute also promotes Self Employment and Entrepreneurship development in Agri Business Sector and in order to do so, one student will be provided funding up to 5 L in recurring/non-recurring mode as per the business model.*
*Note- Funding will be applicable only to one student from Agri Business Batch 2022 and the business should be related to Agri Business only. Details related to eligibility, evaluation, mentoring, pitching, funding etc will be provided during the commencement of entrepreneurship programme.
